Wrist Curl Machine
A small but effective forearm and wrist training device with the following correct usage technique:
Bring your forearms over the cushion so that the weight rests on your fingertips. Start by curling your fingers and if you can make a fist, additionally curl your forearm and wrist muscles upwards as much as possible.
Pause and then begin to lower the weight back to the starting position.
Machine design allows exercise of the Biceps and Triceps.
