100% silicone oil is designed to lubricate the area between the treadmill plate and the mat. Proper lubrication is extremely important to keep the treadmill plate, motor, bearings and other wear parts in the best possible condition. An oiled mat also has a better running feel.
The oil has a carefully selected viscosity that ensures long-term and high-quality lubrication.
This oil is suitable for all treadmills that require maintenance. It can also be used on self-lubricating (tank) treadmills. Make sure you read your treadmill's owner's manual for lubrication recommendations.
Oil should be added to the treadmill regularly. As a general rule, lubrication should be performed after about 25-40 working hours. The condition of the oil should be checked regularly; for home use once a month, in sports clubs 2-4 times a month.
Here are the instructions for checking the condition of the oil: Feel the area between the mat and the plate with your hand. The oil should appear as a thin, slippery film on the surface of the mat. When the plate is dry, add oil. If in doubt, add oil.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Raise the edge of the treadmill mat
- Place the bottle in the center under the mat and squeeze the bottle lightly while pulling the bottle towards the outer edge of the mat (in the direction of the oil line). About 15 ml of oil comes out, which is one tablespoon.
- Repeat this action on the other side (i.e. add a total of 15 ml + 15 ml of oil)
- Start the treadmill at a slow speed and walk from side to side on the mat to spread the oil evenly over all. surfaces
