The bag is 130 cm high and has a circumference of about 110 cm (diameter about 35 cm) and is intended mainly for domestic use. Its weight and size ensure adequate comfort of training and at the same time do not overwhelm with dimensions, which is why these bags are especially eagerly chosen by people hanging them in apartments or small home gyms.

The bag is equipped with an additional attachment that allows you to attach the bag from the bottom, limiting its swaying during training. Bags should be fastened on expanders, do not use stiff ropes for this purpose.
